Coaching can be an excellent tool to identify what you want from life and can facilitate you in getting the life you want. People come for coaching when they feel stuck, blocked or unfulfilled or when they are in a period of transition or a place of questioning. Some clients may be very satisfied with how their life is going but choose coaching to work on one area of their life they want to improve. Other clients come to take time out and get fresh perspective.

We think nothing of changing the oil in our car or putting air in the tyres but when it comes to maintaining our mind, body and spirit, what steps do we take?

Monthly Coaching Tip: One of the most useful 'tools' you can use to lift your personal vibration is to learn to become conscious of your thoughts and the role negativity plays in your life. Remember, we get more of that which we associate into and less of that which we detach from.

Coaching Sessions & Fees: Sessions last for one hour. As each client is unique there is no set number of sessions but on average clients come for 4 sessions. I ask that you always arrive on time to get the most from each session. My fee is €100 per session and there is no requirement to book all sessions upfront.
