Coaching Appointments take place over the phone, online via Skype (the free internet service) and in person.
Sessions are held at my coaching room at 'Oscailt', 8 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4. Saturday & evening appointments are available.
Clients often ask me what the average is in terms of sessions. This is entirely up to you but to get the most from the coaching experience, I would recommend 3-4 sessions.
