Coaching Sessions: Sessions can take place in person, by phone or by Skype (the free internet service). If you have a fast internet connection you can download Skype for free. You will also need a camera and microphone if you don't have one built into your computer. This will enable us to see each other as we speak.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of non-arrival or cancellation on the day, the full amount will be charged. I ask that you give me as much notice as possible and at least 24 hours notice. Please note that I cannot take cancellations outside of office hours, so if you need to cancel a session scheduled for Monday, please let me know before Friday close of business.
