Following my Bachelor of Commerce at University College Cork, I completed my Masters in Accounting at the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin. In 1996 I completed my chartered accounting training with PricewaterhouseCoopers and joined IFS (Ireland) Ltd, a leading IFSC Hedge Fund Administration company. I worked at IFS for the following 12 years taking an active role in expanding the company from a staff of 20 to in excess of 800. I was part of the senior management team at IFS, working as a Vice President of NAV Accounting.

In 2008 I obtained a Diploma in Life Coaching accredited by The Institute for Powerful Professional Solutions (IPPS) and I am also accredited with IPPS and The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Trade mark) as a licensed Master NLP Practitioner. These courses were run by Betty Cosgrave in Dublin.

As a coach and trainer, I work in a supportive and encouraging manner to encourage, motivate and empower clients to take control and be in control of their personal, financial, career and business lives. As a consultant I work 'hands on' to facilitate and manifest concrete practical solutions. I also design customized seminars for Health & Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Programs.
